This role allows RNs to utilize their skills in assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care while working collaboratively in an outpatient clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Screen surgical patients and document assessments
• Develop and implement individualized nursing plans
• Educate patients about lifestyle adjustments and medications




• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Nursing Program recognized by the Canadian Nurses' Association
• Two years' experience in cardiac management
• Current Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications
• Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
