CIMA+ is seeking a Director for its Electrical Distribution operation in Western Canada, ideally based in Vancouver. The successful candidate will bring at least ten years of experience in electrical distribution design and team management. Your role will significantly influence the strategic direction and profitability of our Energy & Resources division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive consistency and quality across Distribution operations
• Oversee daily team functions from proposal to delivery
• Cultivate solid relationships with internal and external clients




• Enhance performance through creative technologies
• Develop strategic client relationships and growth strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering
• Minimum ten years in Electrical Distribution design
• Ten years of team management experience
• Eligible for registration with Engineer and Geoscientists of BC
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License
