As a full time hybrid Financial Planning Manager, you’ll lead vital FP&A; deliverables and coach a team of analysts. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and corporate planning will steer continuous improvement efforts, ensuring accuracy in analytics and reporting. Collaborating closely with the Director, you’ll support strategic initiatives and provide valuable insights to equip the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A; deliverables and management reporting
• Manage and coach two FP&A; Analysts for effective performance




• Establish standardized review workflows and presentation materials
• Support Corporate Planning processes and financial review packages
• Assist with Treasury activities including payment approvals

Requirements:
• 5+ years in FP&A;, corporate finance or related roles
• 2+ years managing and coaching financial analysts
• Solid expertise in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• CPA or MBA required
