In this role, you will work to empower individuals dealing with substance use disorders, offering compassionate counselling and facilitating holistic wellness. Key responsibilities involve creating and monitoring treatment plans while also engaging clients in workshops and group dynamics. Your participation will contribute to the quality improvement initiatives and adherence to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and motivate participation in therapy sessions
• Record daily progress notes and incident reports




• Conduct client orientation and ensure a safe setting
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
• Maintain professional boundaries while providing guidance

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in addictions counselling or a related field
• At least two years of counselling experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous healing practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and transparent criminal record
