You will report directly to the Director of Global Product Management, ensuring that product teams effectively utilize the Design System. Your responsibility includes translating team needs into a robust product roadmap while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive design and technical coherence. This role emphasizes your capacity to balance stakeholder priorities and engineering constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and manage the product roadmap for design consistency
• Enable cross-functional team collaboration to meet delivery goals
• Evaluate and prioritize backlog updates for design enhancements




• Collect and utilize data for informed decision-making
• Ensure engagement and adoption across global product teams

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager (5+ years)
• Understanding of component-driven design and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with agile practices and methodologies
• Relevant university degree in Business or Technology
