Embark on a fulfilling career as a Pediatric Physiotherapist with The Centre for Child Development. You'll provide specialized care for school-aged children and collaborate with educational and healthcare teams.
The Centre is seeking a motivated individual to join its multidisciplinary team. This full time role entails working directly with children from Kindergarten to Grade 12, ensuring they reach their physical potential. You will also impart training to school staff on effective equipment usage and strategies, while actively participating in IEP development and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children’s physical development in school settings
• Engage with educators for strategic support
• Document and monitor student progress
• Contribute to the development of IEPs
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings for holistic care
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy required
• Registration with CHCPBC is necessary
• Access to a vehicle and valid BC driver's license
• Criminal Record Review must be completed
• Pediatric experience is beneficial but not required
