Role Description This full-time contractor position, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at Lift Total Health Ltd. in Sun Peaks Mountain, BC. The therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation of each session.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough client interviews, maintaining accurate health records, and recommending appropriate home care or follow-up treatments. The role involves working closely with other wellness professionals, delivering excellent customer service,



and supporting a protected, inclusive, and professional clinic environment. The therapist will also adhere to regulatory standards, maintain clean and organized treatment spaces, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications Requirements
Ability to self start and promote ones self. As a contractor you will need to be out in the community gaining notoriety and local connection.
Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage skills, with the ability to adapt techniques to individual client needs.
Customer Service skills with a client-centered approach, including clear communication and professionalism.
Stress Management skills to help clients relax, reduce tension, and support overall wellness.
Active registration and good standing with the applicable provincial massage therapy regulatory body or association.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications, with robust assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary workplace and manage a consistent client schedule.
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards, continuing education, and an inclusive, non-discriminatory practice.
