This contract role for one year reports to the Manager of Integrated Care and Experience. You will implement health promotion strategies to meet the needs of marginalized communities while enhancing access to health services. Key skills include community organizing, program design, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify health needs in community-based groups
• Establish partnerships for health promotion initiatives
• Facilitate community events and educational workshops
• Advocate for equitable health services and policies
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health or social science
• Three years in health promotion with marginalized communities
• Robust facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in program development and evaluation
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations
