As the Pre-Primary Regional Lead at HRCE, your focus will be on operational support for school administrators. You will provide pedagogical expertise, assist in planning, and help build capacity for effective management of the Pre-Primary Program. Your role will emphasize creating inclusive and high-quality learning environments aligned with the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support school principals in program administration
• Provide pedagogical guidance and expertise




• Assist in recruitment and evaluation of PPP staff
• Ensure adherence to equitable and inclusive practices
• Monitor program delivery for quality and accessibility

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in early childhood development
• Five years working with preschool children
• Two years in a leadership or management role
• Experience in a large unionized workplace is an asset
• Current First Aid certification
