As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will play a critical role in driving recent business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building solid customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as Halter’s on‑ground representative. This role requires a proactive and hands‑on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long‑term customer satisfaction.
In‑field sales: Engage customers on the ranch, demonstrate Halter’s technology, and identify value opportunities. Identify upsell prospects within current accounts.
Meeting sales targets: Manage pipeline and close deals while maintaining focus on future prospects.
Customer account management: Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
Customer onboarding: Ensure a smooth hand‑off from sales to onboarding and oversee deployment.
Gather field learnings & feedback:
Act as primary point of contact for customer feedback and recommend improvements. Resolve issues quickly and keep customers fully supported.
Contribute to the Canadian sales strategy: Work with the broader team to refine the sales process. Sales & customer success expertise, with a history of building long‑term relationships.
