Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting for technical issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting SaaS platforms, especially Asset products
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and APIs
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and security protocols
