Vaco by Highspring is looking for a skilled Controller to partner with plant leadership. This key role involves managing Bills of Materials, standard costing, and month-end close processes. You will prepare variance analysis and promote cost reduction initiatives while overseeing a finance team. Your insights on plant KPIs and trends will guide senior leadership's decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Bills of Materials for accurate product costing
• Oversee standard costing for labor, materials, and overhead
• Lead month-end and GL close, including journal entries




• Prepare variance analysis with transparent commentary
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in partnership with operations

Requirements:
• 5+ years in finance/accounting in manufacturing
• Hands-on BOM management and standard costing experience
• Proven track record in managing month-end cycles
• Mentorship experience with finance teams
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle preferred)
