Responsibilities include providing daily care for various wildlife species, assisting in medical procedures, and developing care protocols. You'll also be part of a team overseeing the health tracking of wildlife during their recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily animal care tasks, including feeding and cleaning
• Support with wound management and stabilize wildlife during care
• Monitor health of animals and report on their rehab progress
• Supervise volunteers in care responsibilities
• Engage professionally with the public and collect animal history data
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada
• Willingness to receive rabies vaccination
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks outdoors
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred background in animal biology or conservation
