You'll also be involved in managing disbursements and supporting data analysis through SQL and BI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide fiscal policy expertise on claiming and reimbursement
• Conduct analysis of legislation and claiming prospects
• Complete CMS 64 reports for Medicaid expenditures
• Manage county medical support payment disbursements
• Support data mining and reporting from MMIS and SWIFT
Requirements:
• Two years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial systems
• Ability to interpret fiscal data and reports
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
• Understanding of health care programs administered by DHS
