Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton - Hybrid work setting - 37.5 hour work week
Must Haves
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Report Developer within an enterprise setting
Experience with Oracle HCM , Oracle Fusion , Oracle Cloud HCM , and HCM subject areas
Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher for report and dashboard development
Experience with HCM data, data validation, data reconciliation, and report troubleshooting
Nice to Have
Experience with BICC (BI Cloud Connector) for Oracle data extraction
Experience with SCM and FIN modules of Oracle ERP
Experience in utilities, energy,



or regulated industry settings
Familiarity with HR data, processes, and confidentiality requirements
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support contact for HCM module data and reporting needs within the Oracle ERP
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
Partner with HR and business groups to gather reporting requirements and deliver data solutions
Extract, validate, and reconcile HCM data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Investigate and resolve HCM data and reporting issues
Support recurring and ad-hoc HR reporting deliverables
Document processes and report logic to support continuity during and after the contract
