You will cover maternity leave for a Family Physician in a well-established medical office, serving around 800 patients. This role involves a mix of telehealth and in-person care. The office operates Monday to Friday, ensuring work-life balance with customizable hours to meet individual needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to a diverse patient demographic daily
• Balance telehealth and traditional consultations
• Maintain comprehensive patient records in MYLE EMR
• Potential for optional home visits for select cases
• Deliver consistent care throughout your practice duration
Requirements:
• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• Experience in solo practice advantageous
• Flexible with regard to shift scheduling
• Robust English language skills required
• Passion for patient continuity and care excellence
