Key Responsibilities:



• Lead operations across assigned GTA fertility clinics • Drive regional performance against key indicators • Own capacity and resource planning for clinics • Support the integration of recent clinics within the network • Ensure compliance with health regulations and accreditation standards

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in healthcare administration or related field • 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience • Proven leadership and performance management skills • Ability to travel regularly within the GTA • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
