Drive efficiency as a Senior Accountant in our qualified services organization. This role will challenge you to enhance financial reporting and internal controls while supporting overall operations.

We seek a highly organized and analytical Senior Accountant with at least seven years of accounting experience. This position requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, and preferably a CPA designation. You will handle month-end reporting, oversight of accounting workflows, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closes
• Monitor account reconciliations and address discrepancies
• Conduct detailed analyses and recommend process improvements




• Support compliance with financial standards and audits
• Provide finance-related inquiry support to team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation preferred
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Exceptional communication and detail orientation
