We are looking for candidates with a Journeypersons Certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanics or a relevant field, along with two years of practical experience. You will assess mechanical problems, conduct comprehensive repairs, and ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards while supervising and training apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance
• Repair hydraulic, electrical, and other mechanical systems




• Perform SGI safety inspections on trucks
• Oversee apprentices and assist in training
• Draft replacement lists for defective parts

Requirements:
• Journeypersons Certificate in a relevant trade
• Two years’ experience at the journeyperson level
• Understanding of engine and transmission systems
• Valid class 1A driver’s license preferred
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships
