OCL Group is looking for a results-oriented Night Shift Foreman with at least three years of leading industrial projects, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. You will manage teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure project adherence to schedule and budget. This role is focused on safety, quality, and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations following safety and environmental plans
• Ensure project milestones are met within set timelines
• Assign specific tasks to craft personnel and subcontractors




• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a foreman
• Proven Oil & Gas facility experience necessary
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Robust skills in project planning and resource forecasting
• Natural leader with excellent safety and mentorship abilities
