You will work closely with teams across Canada to champion safety protocols and mitigate asset loss. Responsibilities encompass developing strategies to engage with diverse operational needs and enhancing safety training, all while maximizing store compliance and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze stock loss data and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead assessments in high-risk locations to improve compliance
• Conduct site risk assessments in line with safety regulations




• Manage physical security infrastructure and compliance protocols
• Oversee investigations in partnership with legal and law enforcement teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in risk management
• Minimum 5 years in multi-site Asset Protection roles
• Proven leadership in retail loss prevention environments
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Technological proficiency with security software
