You will work under the Patient Care Manager to evaluate neonatal patients, focusing on their unique respiratory needs. Your duties include oxygenation/ventilation management, blood sampling, intubation, and participation in resuscitation efforts. Additionally, you will be involved in mentoring and teaching students from various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Determine best practices for neonates requiring ventilation support
• Conduct assessments including transcutaneous and saturation monitoring
• Initiate airway maintenance, including performing intubation




• Be present for neonatal resuscitations and emergency interventions
• Provide education to respiratory therapy students and interns

Requirements:
• Must be a certified Respiratory Therapist
• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Familiarity with neonatal care is preferred
• Demonstrated technical and clinical competencies
• Hold current certifications in NRP and BCLS
