The IT Support Analyst will work directly under the Director of IT Operations to maintain Canada ICI's IT workplace. You'll handle device deployment, user support, and issue resolution primarily using the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires a proactive approach to training and supporting approximately 200 employees, both in-person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain user devices via Windows AutoPilot
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and hardware issues
• Provide end-user support via various communication channels




• Generate daily reports on IT operations
• Collaborate with teams across Eastern Canada for support

Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in IT support or equivalent experience
• MS-900 certification is mandatory
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and hardware
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, and PowerShell
• Excellent communication skills are essential
