Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and technical guidance for the engineering team
• Own technical quality across architecture and code standards
• Implement engineering practices through Azure DevOps




• Oversee agile sprint planning and delivery management
• Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in software engineering, focused on Power Platform
• At least 3 years in leadership roles within engineering
• In-depth working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proficiency in using Azure Boards and source control
• Robust influencing skills with technical and business teams
