As an Articling Student, you will gain essential experience in diverse areas including insurance litigation and estate law. Your responsibilities will involve drafting significant legal documents, conducting in-depth research, and actively engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings and mediation memoranda for cases
• Handle estate law tasks including wills and powers of attorney




• Conduct detailed legal research on complex issues

• Attend and observe court and mediation activities

Requirements:
• Eligible for LSO licensing for the upcoming term
• Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
