Your role encompasses greeting members, managing calls efficiently, and providing essential assistance on fitness equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and check them in efficiently
• Manage incoming calls and scheduling appointments




• Assist members with fitness equipment inquiries
• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
• Maintain cleanliness and support club operations

Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Smart Tan certification within three months
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of the fitness industry essential
