Key Responsibilities:
• Control the overall pilot training structure and quality
• Supervise and mentor Class 4 flight instructors
• Oversee the appointment of ground instructors and their training




• Manage training records and regulatory documentation
• Engage with Transport Canada on flight training operations

Requirements:
• Class 1 or Class 2 Flight Instructor Rating needed
• Minimum of 2,000 hours in instructional flying
• Explicit criminal record and valuable aviation compliance
• Proven leadership in an Approved Training Organization
