In this key leadership role, you'll manage all aspects of health, safety, and security operations, developing systems to minimize workplace hazards and injuries. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor safety and security protocols.
• Champion training programs for secure work practices.
• Lead the Fire & Life Safety Program compliance efforts.




• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate emergency drills across the hotel.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a safety management role.
• BC Security Worker License and First Aid Level II certification required.
• Proven communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of security technologies and systems.
• Ability to work diverse shifts and handle critical situations.
