Oversee low-rise residential projects as a Site Superintendent with a well-established Developer in Calgary. Ensure compliance and effective project execution on all multifamily builds.

In this role, you will be integral to managing construction efforts for stacked town homes and mid-rise apartments. The Site Superintendent will coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, perform quality checks, and maintain a comprehensive log of daily activities. Emphasizing safety and compliance, you will ensure each project meets high standards from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules for subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures
• Handle Change Orders with the project team




• Document inspections and maintain accurate logs
• Monitor safety regulations and compliance in office

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a site superintendent
• Significant involvement in high volume multi-residential builds
• Solid knowledge of construction scheduling
• Ability to interpret construction documents effectively
• Preferred experience in four-storey wood frame construction
