With eight years of HR business partnering experience, you will guide human capital decisions and develop strategies that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement HR priorities in line with business strategies
• Consult with leaders to forecast human capital requirements
• Provide guidance on compensation, recruitment, and development




• Apply change management principles for organizational adjustments
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the client groups

Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management
• 8 years of HR business partnering experience
• Knowledge of North American HR practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Success Factors
• Robust mentoring and coaching skills
