You will directly report to the Senior Plant Manager while overseeing a broad range of maintenance operations. This includes establishing comprehensive maintenance plans, setting targets, and leading continuous improvement programs. Your expertise will guide the team in achieving low downtime and high operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
• Execute creative maintenance and reliability roadmaps
• Facilitate proper maintenance scheduling and prioritization
• Lead teams and manage maintenance budgets
• Ensure high standards of facility upkeep and safety

Requirements:
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years in heavy manufacturing or 5+ years in defense
• Proven experience with RCM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma
• Must obtain Secret clearance
• Familiarity with ballistic testing or composite processing
