• Offer accurate and fair claims service to all customers
• Manage and resolve complex auto claims with expertise
• Clearly explain the claims process to customers




• File detailed records and maintain accuracy in data systems
• Achieve designated claims targets while upholding core values

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience with auto claims
• Relevant degree or CIP certification recommended
• Solid decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficient in Windows programs with excellent typing skills
• License in Recent Brunswick and PEI is beneficial
