Empower residents at AgeCare James Bay as a Resident Care Manager. Manage care services, ensuring compliance and fostering a team-oriented setting for both staff and residents.

This role reports to the Director of Care and focuses on the management of Resident Care Services within a long-term care setting. You will bring at least five years of nursing experience and leadership excellence, engaging in safety compliance and trend analysis. This position values a person-centered approach and individual care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assessments and care planning processes
• Foster teamwork and respect among staff and residents
• Analyze incident reports for continuous improvement




• Participate in compliance with health service standards
• Ensure timely investigations of critical incidents

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of increasingly responsible nursing experience
• Solid leadership skills and clinical judgment
• Familiarity with relevant provincial laws
• Background in caring for residents with Dementia
• BScN preferred and current RN or LPN registration
