The Psychiatric Nurse plays a critical role in the Community Services department, utilizing clinical assessment and psychiatric expertise to assist individuals facing crises. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments
• Develop collaborative crisis and safety plans with clients
• Monitor and manage medication adherence and client concerns
• Coordinate care amongst community health providers and services
• Provide mental health education and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with at least 3 years of experience
• Crisis intervention training and experience with Indigenous communities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all skilled matters
• Flexibility to work various shifts and manage emergencies
