In this full time temporary position, you will ensure the smooth operation of payroll and HR functions. You’ll assist employees in understanding their advantages, pensions, and pay inquiries while managing data integrity within the HRIS. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure compliance and efficiency in handling HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide employees on HR policies and payroll provisions
• Handle employee life cycle events in the HRIS system
• Ensure compliance with pay guidelines and agreements
• Facilitate pension and benefits administration
• Collaborate with the People, Culture & Performance team
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in HR, Payroll, or Business
• Three years of relevant payroll and HR experience
• Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
