In this pivotal role, you will report to the Vice-President of Finance and Administration, steering the Transformation Implementation Office. Your focus will be on realigning strategic priorities with actionable initiatives, ensuring effective execution across the institution. Collaboration with senior leadership, faculty, and students is crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the University’s transformation plan
• Manage a complex portfolio of interdependent initiatives
• Foster collaboration and alignment across academic and administrative units
• Establish governance structures and performance metrics
• Build robust relationships at all organizational levels
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Robust knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
