In this permanent, full time position, you will work under the Manager of Professional Development to assess and address the training needs of paramedics. Your key tasks will include designing impactful training modules, updating educational content regularly, and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health guidelines. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance staff development for superior healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs and develop curricula
• Deliver and evaluate training sessions




• Coordinate schedules with the Scheduling Department
• Maintain training environments and resources
• Conduct research into training effectiveness

Requirements:
• Certified Paramedic in valuable standing
• At least three years of paramedic experience
• Two years of teaching experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of health legislation and guidelines
• Ability to travel within Simcoe County
