Shape the safety culture at Graham as an HSE Coordinator supporting our Industrial Division. Deliver safety expertise, train workers, and lead site inspections in this temporary full time role.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be the primary safety expert on site, guiding project teams and managing client interactions. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, overseeing compliance, and supporting incident investigations while providing HSE mentorship

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in office HSE operations and safety orientations
• Conduct site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Support incident investigations and safety reporting
• Maintain HSE documentation like reports and meeting minutes
• Act as main HSE contact for clients and regulatory bodies

Requirements:
• High school diploma plus technical certification preferred
• 3–5 years of safety experience in a related field
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to mentor and lead HSE staff
