Our financial services client is seeking a Release Train Strategist II (10+ years of experience) to coordinate regulatory project delivery using Scaled Agile and Jira

Join a mature Agile organization supporting high-visibility regulatory initiatives within a banking workplace. This role focuses on coordinating release planning, managing interdependencies, and supporting end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams. Must Haves
2+ years of RTE experience within Scaled Agile environments
2+ years supporting Regulatory projects
10+ years in Project Management and Program Management across technology delivery initiatives




Jira experience supporting release coordination and delivery tracking
Undergraduate degree required

Nice to Have
Banking or financial institution experience
Previous Banking Wealth experience
Protected Agile certification

Responsibilities
Facilitate program increment planning sessions across teams
Monitor timelines and manage interdependencies within the release train
Identify and resolve obstacles affecting release schedules and product quality
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to prioritize features and capabilities
Promote communication and collaboration across teams
Generate and report metrics related to release train performance
