You will utilize your 8 to 10 years of experience to design impactful development sessions, facilitate assessments, and provide critical insights for multi-stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop facilitation guides and tools
• Facilitate sessions for leadership development and team effectiveness




• Conduct diagnostics translating findings into recommendations
• Provide consulting support through design and intervention
• Drive innovation in organizational effectiveness practices

Requirements:
• Degree in adult education, leadership, or related field
• 8 to 10 years in relevant experience
• Robust systems thinking and facilitation capabilities
• Advanced English and French communication skills
• Asset: coaching and leadership assessment experience
