Your responsibilities involve hiring, training, and evaluating staff, while also addressing patron issues proactively. You will play a vital role in emergency management and the overall safety of the Entertainment Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Ticket Ushers in daily tasks
• Resolve patron concerns and ensure a welcoming environment
• Lead emergency evacuations and enforce safety protocols
• Prepare communication boards and incident reports
• Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant policies
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiar with Entertainment Centre standards
• WHMIS and Smart Play training
• Ability to lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
