We invite applications for a Probationary part‑time elementary teacher covering grades 4, 5 or 6, Monday–Friday mornings. The position is approximately 0.5 FTE, commencing on August 24 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver core curriculum instruction to students in grades 4–6.
- Plan and implement lessons that reflect a Christ‑centred educational philosophy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in the Prairie Centre for Christian Education “Teaching for Transformation” program.
- Maintain a classroom environment that supports student spiritual and academic growth.
Qualifications
- Appropriate training for teaching in a Christian school setting.
- Strong Biblical knowledge, enthusiasm,
and commitment to lifelong learning.
- Desired: familiarity with the Prairie Centre for Christian Education program.
- Eligibility for Alberta teaching certification.
- Recent (within six months) Criminal Record check with the vulnerable sector.
