Reporting to the VP of Leasing, this Senior Leasing Manager role focuses on overseeing commercial retail and office project leasing. Solid negotiation skills, market insight, and a focus on tenant accounts are essential. You will negotiate lease proposals, manage expiries, and ensure tenant satisfaction across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare leasing agreements and proposals under management
• Track tenancy expirations and negotiate accordingly
• Canvass for new tenant opportunities
• Oversee project deadlines and reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with specific tenant accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area
• At least 6 years of leasing experience in retail
• Minimum 3 years applicable landlord leasing in Canada
• Superior negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are essential
