Position Details Salary Range:

Job Responsibilities
Accountable for ensuring company strategy is in compliance with regulation - works with corporate to identify risks and opportunities
Responsible for the review of and adherence to Control Policies
Responsible for the communication, execution and education of the control policies within the organization - lead point of contact for the education of functional leaders
Provide support to the business to ensure consistency with Group accounting policies and relevant generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Support various ad hoc requests from the business (e.g. Public Affairs, Treasury, Internal Audit, Sales, Distribution, etc.)
Responsible for ensuring continued compliance with/reporting of internal control policies/requirements and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
Liaising with internal and external auditors to provide support for internal controls and SOX assessments, to address any internal audit issues that have been noted, and to provide/implement process improvement suggestions if applicable
Involved in the design,
testing and implementation of internal controls as part of the implementation of a new ERP system
Job Qualifications
3–4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or internal controls
CPA designation (or in progress) strongly preferred
Hands‑on experience with SOX compliance and internal controls testing/design, including exposure to audit processes
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholders, with robust organization and self‑starter mindset
