South East Cornerstone Public School Division is inviting applications for casual Caretakers in each of our schools. The successful candidates will have commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone Public School Division.

Duties

In addition to those duties outlined in the job description, responsibilities include the cleaning and minor maintenance of the assigned facility to ensure its clean and safe operation.

Qualifications

- Minimum Grade 10 education (Grade 12 or equivalent is preferred)
- Valid Fireman's Certificate is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Direct experience in the caretaking field would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning processes, products and equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of computers and applicable software




- Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
- Commitment to the ideals of public education as well as the mission, vision and guiding principles of the South East Cornerstone School Division

Salary & Perks

Wage in accordance with the applicable currently negotiated collective agreement as listed on our website.
