You will provide essential support to clients, coordinating their testing projects and serving as a key contact throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients through each step of the testing lifecycle
• Build and sustain strong client relationships
• Prepare and send accurate testing proposals and quotes




• Manage sample tracking and inventory for projects
• Collaborate across departments to address client needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in account coordination or support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the cosmetics industry is a plus
