Reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will perform essential nursing functions aimed at improving health outcomes. Responsibilities include patient and family education, recognition of individual healthcare needs, and involvement in healthcare planning. You'll also oversee subordinate staff in delivering effective patient care according to hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications in accordance with protocols
• Assist in medical procedures without anesthesia
• Engage in patient/family education efforts
• Collaborate on healthcare planning with families
• Evaluate assistive personnel's care quality
Requirements:
• Commitment to obtain a B.S. in Nursing
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Valid Registered Nursing license in Ohio
