The Central East Prehospital Care Program (CEPCP) seeks a dedicated Facilitator/Coordinator. In this full time role, you’ll leverage your paramedic training and adult education experience to create and implement strategic programs. Your contributions will address educational needs across services, enhancing skills and compliance within the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement educational programs for paramedics
• Facilitate training sessions both remotely and in person
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Provide coaching to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with services to maintain program standards

Requirements:
• Certified Paramedic (PCP, PCPAIV or ACP)
• Background in adult education principles
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Proficiency in Office software tools
• Understanding of legislative requirements in prehospital care
