Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume recruitment for multiple client sites
• Post job openings and track candidate applications
• Review resumes and pre-screen applicants thoroughly
• Coordinate interviews and prepare offer letters
• Source candidates using ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in high volume recruitment
• Robust sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing skills
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with full cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of ICIMs recruitment software is an asset
