This full time position allows for telework and is a critical supervisory role within the Office of Justice Programs. You will administer the Crime Victim Reimbursement Program under limited supervision, ensuring programs adhere to Minnesota statutes and federal guidelines. Your expertise in law and program management will help enhance community safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee reimbursement program operations and audits
• Ensure compliance with laws and guidelines
• Analyze information and make informed decisions
• Provide guidance to staff and service providers
• Conduct program monitoring for adherence to statutes
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in program administration
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex information
• Experience leading teams and training staff
• Familiarity with state reimbursement procedures
